There has been a band in Epping Town for 120 years and but for a break in the banding tradition in the mid-1920s, we would be celebrating our centenary.

We are always keen to expand so anybody who is interested in brass band playing, young or old, novice or experienced will be most welcome. Banding is a hobby that can last a lifetime; it is therefore important that the community support their Band and encourage the young to play and join to ensure the heritage is never lost.

We are an award winning Second Section London & Southern Counties Band, Epping Forest Band welcomes new players. We are particularly keen to see cornets, E flat bass and percussion to augment our current line-up. We have our own band room in Epping, Essex.
